Here is the quick and easy receipe of Kundru fry -
Ingredients
  • 1. Kundru or Tindli 400 gm
  • 2. Mustard Oil 2tbps
  • 3. Turmeric or haldi power 2 tsp
  • 4. Salt as per taste
Instructions
  1. Wash kundru under running water and dry it with paper towel.
  2. Cut the kundru in lenghtwise into halves
  3. Heat mustard oil in a wok.
  4. Add kundru , turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  5. Cover the wok with lid and cook in medium heat for 10 mins. Keep on stirring in between until kundru turns golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with Roti or Dal Chawal.
