Here is the quick and easy receipe of Kundru fry -
Ingredients
- 1. Kundru or Tindli 400 gm
- 2. Mustard Oil 2tbps
- 3. Turmeric or haldi power 2 tsp
- 4. Salt as per taste
Instructions
- Wash kundru under running water and dry it with paper towel.
- Cut the kundru in lenghtwise into halves
- Heat mustard oil in a wok.
- Add kundru , turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
- Cover the wok with lid and cook in medium heat for 10 mins. Keep on stirring in between until kundru turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with Roti or Dal Chawal.
